What the service does

For a one-time fee, you upload a photo of each of two adults and select boy, girl, or surprise. We generate four AI images depicting a fictional possible child of those two people. That's the entire service — no accounts, no ongoing subscription, no saved history.

Eligibility and consent

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• Both people shown in the uploaded photos must be adults.
• You confirm you have the permission of both people shown to upload their photo and generate images from it. Do not upload a photo of someone who hasn't agreed to this.

The results are fictional

The images you receive are imaginative, AI-generated interpretations — not a genetic prediction, scientific analysis, or guarantee of what any future child would actually look like. Results vary between the four images you receive and would vary again on a repeat run, the same way real siblings differ from each other. Nothing in this service should be relied on as fact.

Payment and refunds

• Payment is processed securely by Stripe before generation begins.
• If image generation fails entirely, you are automatically refunded in full. If fewer than four images are successfully generated, you are automatically refunded proportionally for the ones that failed.
• Beyond that: if you're not happy with your results for any reason, we offer a full refund, no questions asked — contact support@meldbloom.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use FutureBaby to:

• Upload a photo of a minor, or of any adult without their permission.
• Generate or distribute images intended to harass, defame, or deceive someone.
• Present the generated images as a real, factual prediction of an actual child.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may refuse service or refund and decline to serve any request that violates this.

Your generated images

The four images we generate for you are yours to keep, download, and use personally. We don't retain a copy after your session ends and make no claim over them beyond what's needed to operate the service.

Reporting content

Every result includes a "Report this image" option. Use it to flag a problem with any generated image, including a notice-and-removal request under the US TAKE IT DOWN Act — we review and act on these promptly.

No warranty; limitation of liability

FutureBaby is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the image-generation model will be available, accurate, or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service, and our refund policy above is your primary remedy for a failed or unsatisfactory result.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of FutureBaby is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
