Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Payment details. Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe gives us a payment confirmation only.
• The two photos you upload.Held in memory for the duration of your request only, sent directly to our image-generation provider, and discarded once your results are returned. See "What happens to your photos" below for details.
• Your gender selection (boy / girl / surprise), used only to build the generation prompt for that one request.
• Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) collected automatically by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention — not tied to any account, because there are no accounts.

What we don't collect

No accounts, no login, no saved history or gallery, no names beyond what Stripe collects for your receipt, and no analytics or advertising trackers.

What happens to your photos

Your two uploaded photos are read into memory and sent directly to our AI image provider (fal.ai) to generate your results. We don't store them — they never touch a disk or a storage bucket anywhere in our systems, and are deleted from memory as soon as your request finishes, whether it succeeds or fails. We never use them to train anything.

Your four generated images

The images you receive are hosted by our AI provider, not by us — we don't keep a copy. Download them if you want to keep them; once you close the results page, we have no record of them tied to you.

Who we share data with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• fal.ai — runs the image-generation model on the two photos you provide.
• Vercel — hosts the application.
• Upstash — stores a single technical flag marking your payment session as used, for up to 24 hours, to prevent it being reused. No photos or personal data involved.
• Resend — delivers the email if you use the "Report this image" button.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy and security practices.

Reporting an image

If you use the Report button on a result, we send the image link and any note you provide to our support inbox so we can review and remove it. This is how we handle notice-and-removal requests under the US TAKE IT DOWN Act.

Children

FutureBaby is for adults only. You must confirm, before uploading, that both people shown in your photos are adults and that you have their permission.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
